General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) govern the legal relationships between Premium Használtruha (hereinafter: Seller) and the partners entering into a contractual relationship with it (hereinafter: Buyer). By using the website and placing an order, the Buyer accepts these GTC.
1. Definitions
Seller: Premium Használtruha, engaged in the wholesale trade of used clothing.
Buyer: any natural person, legal entity, or organization without legal personality entering into a contractual relationship with the Seller.
Product: baled and sacked used clothing (Cream, Extra, and First grade quality grades).
Order: an inquiry or purchase order placed by the Buyer to the Seller.

3. Subject Matter and Scope
The Seller engages in the wholesale trade of used clothing from selected European sources. These GTC apply to inquiries and orders placed through the website or via personal contact.
The minimum order quantity is 20 kg. The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders below this quantity or accept them under individual conditions.
4. Product Description and Quality Grades
The Seller offers used clothing in the following quality grades:
Cream: selected, excellent quality used clothing with minimal wear.
Extra: high-quality, carefully sorted used clothing in good condition.
First grade: good quality used clothing, suitable for commercial resale.
Products are in used condition and may show minor signs of wear. The composition of bales and sacks may vary in size, color, and style. The Seller provides a description of the quality grade, but variations in specific items may occur.
5. Orders and Inquiries
The Buyer may place an inquiry or order through the website, by phone (+36 30 233 7056), or by email (info@premiumhasznaltruha.hu). An order is established upon the Seller's written confirmation, which includes the order details (products, quantity, price, shipping cost, and delivery date). Without confirmation, no contract is formed.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order, particularly in case of stock shortage or price changes, and will notify the Buyer immediately.
6. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices displayed on the website are gross prices in Hungarian Forint (HUF), inclusive of 27% VAT. Prices are quoted per kilogram (kg).
Payment methods:
Bank transfer: after confirmation, the Seller issues a pro forma invoice, and shipment occurs after payment is received.
Cash: for personal pickup, payment is made on-site.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices and will notify the Buyer in advance.
7. Delivery and Pickup
The Seller undertakes delivery within 1-3 business days from order confirmation and receipt of payment. Shipping costs depend on the weight, size of the order, and delivery address, which the Seller specifies in the confirmation.
The Buyer may also pick up the order in person at the Seller's premises in Szécsény (3170 Szécsény, Kossuth út 17.) during opening hours (Mon–Sun: 08:00–18:00). No shipping fee applies for personal pickup.
Upon receipt, the Buyer is obliged to check the quantity and external condition of the products. External damage claims must be reported at the time of receipt.
8. Right of Withdrawal
For Buyers qualifying as consumers, a general 14-day right of withdrawal applies under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.).
However, due to the hygienic nature of used clothing – pursuant to Section 29(1)(l) of the above decree – the right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been unpacked or tried on for health protection or hygiene reasons.
For wholesale (B2B) contracts, where the Buyer is a legal entity or sole trader, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
9. Warranty and Guarantee
Used products are subject to the warranty provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.
The Buyer must report any defect in writing (email: info@premiumhasznaltruha.hu) immediately, but no later than 3 business days from receipt.
Natural wear and tear, fading, and minor material defects in used clothing do not constitute a breach of contract, as the products are sold in used condition. The Seller does not provide a guarantee for used products.
10. Complaints and Legal Remedies

The Seller will investigate and respond to complaints in writing within 30 days. The Buyer may also turn to the consumer protection authority (National Consumer Protection Authority) or the competent conciliation body.
The Seller voluntarily undertakes to participate in conciliation board proceedings.
11. Final Provisions
These GTC are governed by Hungarian law. The parties shall primarily seek to resolve any disputes through negotiation. If this fails, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nógrád County Court.
These GTC enter into force on the date of their publication on the website. The Seller reserves the right to amend these GTC unilaterally and will notify Buyers by publishing the amended version on the website.
